After a few years of living in the area, we wanted to buy a home and settle down. We were looking for a realtor that knew the area and would be truthful with us. Hauna was amazing through our entire home purchasing process! We just moved across states on a military move and have been working with Hauna since late May. Understanding we were out of state, she gave us no-nonsense advice on the properties she was showing us. She helped and guided us through the offers, option period, and even helped us back out of a contract that wasn’t panning out how we expected. Even then, she immediately shifted gears towards the next property. At no point did she ever pressured us to stay in a contract so she could make the sale. She was professional every step of the way and I would say went above and beyond for us. I type this, as I take a break from moving boxes into the house she help us purchase in Texas. Would I recommend her to any coworker that PCS here? Absolutely!

As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect. Summer and Hauna of Assent Real Estate made my experience so personal and stress-free. Initially they asked the type of home I was looking for and told me that they would help me find my home. They patiently walked me through every single step in layman’s terms. I never felt pressured to do anything. Whenever an issue was presented, they explained the details and assured me that it was my choice to make. They answered every question that I asked and had the answers to those that I didn’t even think to ask. I felt completely confident by closing day. I couldn't , have done it without them!
